If you know TeamBonding at all, you realize we’re always looking for smart ways to add an element of friendly competition to our events. So each team will also be creating their own food truck façade, complete with brand name and logo. But as any mobile chef knows, there’s more to the food truck game than just food. In this engaging team building activity, your group gets to prepare a wide range of delectable food truck fare. So naturally, we wanted to tap into this momentum to help build stronger teams. Today, the food truck has taken on a starring role in the American street food revolution. But that didn’t stop us from falling in love with the idea of fun, portable food. The history of the food truck dates back centuries – back to a time when humans hadn’t yet invented motorized transport.
